ValGenesis is the global leader in providing 100% paperless validation life cycle software system that help tracks validation status & automates the validation lifecycle process for CSV, process validation, equipment validation, method validation and other commissioning activities for all FDA regulated life sciences companies.
Working with Macadamian’s research team, I conducted a heuristics evaluation of the existing legacy software and compiled this interactive report to identify more common pain points and general areas of improvement. I also assisted in observational research to identity pain points and validate design hypotheses. I then synthesized the findings to recommend a more efficient user flow. I focused on innovative and usable solutions for this legacy document validation software.
