ValGenesis is the global leader in providing 100% paperless validation life cycle software system that help tracks validation status & automates the validation lifecycle process for CSV, process validation, equipment validation, method validation and other commissioning activities for all FDA regulated life sciences companies.
With the help of Macadamian’s research team, I conducted a heuristics evaluation of the existing legacy software and compiled this interactive report to identify more common pain points and general areas of improvement. I also assisted in observational research to identity pain points and validate design hypotheses. I then synthesized the findings to recommend a more efficient user flow. I focused on innovative and usable solutions for this legacy document validation software.
